When placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Shipping: It takes 1-4 business days to process your order before it is dispatched for shipping. Customization requests may result in longer processing and shipping times.
2. Pick Ups: Pick ups will be ready in 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Customizations may result in longer pick up times.
3. Customization: To ensure efficient use of our time and resources, we request that you inform us of all desired customization at once on your order form or via email. We are not responsible for delays to your order due to customization revisions. 
4. Communication: Customers are responsible to reply to our emails in a timely manner. We are not responsible for delays caused by late responses. If we do not hear back from you within 3 business days, your order may be shipped within our processing time frame.
