Changes and Cancellations

  • if you need to make any changes to your order or cancel it entirely, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we may not be able to make changes or cancel orders that have already been processed. Any changes requested after an order has been placed is not guaranteed. Please be sure to provide complete and accurate information when placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

  • As our products are customized and made to order, we do not offer refunds once your order has been shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
  • If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, we offer refunds with a retention fee ($10) based on the stage of processing.

Delays, Damaged, Lost Orders:

  • DesignssByLily is not responsible for lost, delayed or any damages caused to your order while in transit. We are not responsible for shipping delays while your order is in transit. Once we dispatch your package to our shipping carrier, any unexpected delays during transit are out of our control.
  • If there are damages to your order, please email us with photos within 5 business days and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
  • If you haven't received your order and believe it's lost, you must make a claim and email us within 10 days of receiving the shipping notification that confirms your order has been delivered. We do not provide refunds for lost shipments, however, we will issue a new certificate.
